Terms of Service – webcoria

1. Provider

These terms govern the services offered by Aliviado Design – Alexander Schreiber ("webcoria", "we", "us") to clients ("you"). By purchasing a plan you agree to these terms.

2. Services

webcoria provides WordPress maintenance and care services as described on the pricing page, including but not limited to: core and plugin updates, backups, security monitoring, and performance optimization. The exact scope depends on the plan selected.

3. Payment

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Invoices are issued automatically by Stripe upon each successful charge.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your plan at any time — there is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

To cancel, simply contact us at contact@webcoria.net and we will process your cancellation promptly.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide necessary access credentials (WordPress admin, FTP/SSH, hosting panel) in a timely manner
Ensure you hold the rights to the website and its content
Notify us promptly of any issues you become aware of

6. Liability

We take every reasonable precaution, including staging environments and pre-update backups. However, we cannot guarantee that updates will never cause issues. Our liability is limited to the monthly fee paid for the billing period in which the issue occurred.

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or themes outside our control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leverkusen, Germany, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under your local law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
